Momiji-yado is a fictional ryokan and an AI-driven story project. All characters (Kazama Kaede, Kazama Akira, Kazama Murasaki, Kazama Tsubaki) are AI-generated. All images on this site are produced with diffusion models (FLUX.2 / SDXL) and custom LoRA training conducted within this project.

Why this form?

Mono no aware in the Tale of Genji. The dream-stage of Noh theatre. Momiji-yado stands in the borderland between the real and the imagined, as a deliberate creative choice. Not to hide, not to deceive — but to take its place in the continuity of Japanese aesthetic tradition.
